These Terms set forth the conditions for using SmoothQ ("the Service") provided by JPSM Group ("we" or "us"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides wait time prediction information for facilities such as hospitals, government offices, and public agencies across Japan. Prediction information is an estimate based on AI technology and does not guarantee actual wait times.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Activities that violate laws or public order
• Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of us or third parties
• Activities that place excessive load on the Service's servers or network
• Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information provided by the Service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Service Changes/Discontinuation)

We may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages to users resulting from such changes or discontinuation.

Article 6 (Terms Changes)

We may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms become effective upon posting on the Service.
